Challenge Cup Final 2027

Rugby League Challenge Cup Final

Saturday 5 June 2027 – Wembley Stadium

Double-header

Men’s and women’s finals on the same day

The 2027 Betfred Challenge Cup Final (opens in a new tab) is on Saturday 5 June at Wembley, with the men’s and women’s finals played as a double-header on the same day. That makes for a long day at the stadium, so plan your return journey for after the second match if your group wants to see both.

Who we take to the Challenge Cup Final

  • Fans arriving by train who need a transfer from King’s Cross, St Pancras or Euston to Wembley and back
  • Supporters staying in London hotels for the weekend who want to travel to the stadium together
  • London and South East rugby league clubs, community clubs and their members
  • Northern exiles living in and around London who want to watch their team with fellow fans
  • Corporate and hospitality groups heading to Wembley for a client day

Station and hotel transfers

Trains from Yorkshire, Hull and the North East arrive at King’s Cross, and trains from Lancashire, Cumbria and the North West arrive at Euston. On final day, the Underground to Wembley is packed. We meet your group at the station or your hotel, take you straight to Wembley, and bring you back to your hotel or in time for your train home.

Coach parking at Wembley Stadium

The official coach park is right next to the stadium, and on event days every space must be pre-booked through Wembley Official Parking (opens in a new tab). We handle the booking for you and the coach park charge is always included in your quote. We also run coaches to Wembley for the FA Cup Final & Play-Off Final, so our drivers know the stadium approach well.

Wembley is inside London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone, and every vehicle in our fleet is LEZ and ULEZ compliant. If we collect you from a central London hotel or station inside the Congestion Charge (opens in a new tab) zone, vehicles with 9 or more seats receive a 100% Congestion Charge discount, so there are no extra charges.

Planning around the stadium? See Getting to Wembley (opens in a new tab) on the Wembley Stadium website.

On board

Rugby league isn’t covered by the alcohol ban that applies to football coaches, so groups may bring drinks on board in moderation. We ask that everyone respects the driver and the vehicle, and our drivers may refuse travel to anyone who is drunk.

We’re also happy to plan your pick-up from a pub, clubhouse or hotel where your group can meet beforehand.

Planning your final day

Getting there

Roads around Wembley and the North Circular (A406) get very busy on final days. We plan pick-up times to get you parked and inside the stadium well before kick-off, and your driver confirms the meeting point on the day.

Getting home

We agree a return meeting point and departure time in advance, whether you are leaving after the women’s final, the men’s final or both. For long days, we plan drivers’ hours in line with UK regulations, which can affect timings or mean a second driver is needed – we explain this clearly when we quote.

Organiser checklist

  • Confirm your group size once tickets are allocated
  • Share your train arrival and departure times, or hotel addresses
  • Name one contact for each vehicle and share mobile numbers
  • Decide whether your group is staying for both finals
  • Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book

Vehicles for every size of group

From 9-seat minibuses for a small group of friends to midi coaches and full-size coaches for large supporters’ groups, we match the vehicle to your numbers. For bigger groups we can run several vehicles together. Browse our full fleet and see our pricing for more detail.

Making a weekend of it

Many rugby league fans turn the final into a London weekend. We can add a sightseeing day before or after the match – to the Tower of London & Tower Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral & Tate Modern or anywhere else on your list – and handle your station transfers both ways.

  1. FridayArrival transfer from your station
