We can run your group between your hotel and The O2 every day of the festival, take you on a single-day trip from home, or collect you from the station or airport when you arrive in London. C2C 2027 – 12 to 14 March, The O2 London

C2C 2027 runs from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 March 2027, with shows at The O2 each day. The line-up rotates across the festival’s three cities, so fans in London with tickets for all three days will see every headliner over the weekend. As well as the main arena shows in the evening, the wider Greenwich Peninsula hosts free live music, food and drink throughout the weekend.

Weekend hotel shuttles

If your group is staying in London for the festival, we can run a shuttle between your hotel and The O2 each day, dropping you off before the shows and collecting you at the end of the night. It saves your group from crowded late-night Tube journeys from North Greenwich, where queues after big arena shows can be long.

We can also collect your group from railway stations, Eurostar at St Pancras International and London’s airports – including London City Airport, just across the river from The O2 – and take you back again when the weekend is over.

Day trips to C2C

Not staying over? We run day trips to a single day of the festival from London and the surrounding counties, collecting from your clubhouse, village hall or chosen meeting point and bringing everyone home together after the last act.

Coach parking at The O2

The O2 has a dedicated coach park on the Greenwich Peninsula, where coaches drop off and collect passengers. We arrange coach parking for your vehicle, and any parking charge is always included in your quote. The O2 also has an accessible drop-off point, clearly signposted, around 150 metres from the main entrance.

The O2 is inside London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone, and every vehicle in our fleet is LEZ and ULEZ compliant. If we collect you from a central London hotel inside the Congestion Charge (opens in a new tab) zone, vehicles with 9 or more seats receive a 100% Congestion Charge discount.

See Parking at The O2 (opens in a new tab) and Getting to The O2 (opens in a new tab) on The O2 website.

On board

Concerts aren’t covered by the alcohol ban that applies to football coaches, so groups may bring drinks on board in moderation. We ask that everyone respects the driver and the vehicle, and our drivers may refuse travel to anyone who is drunk.

Planning your festival weekend

Getting there

Roads to the Greenwich Peninsula, including the A102 and the Blackwall Tunnel approach, get busy on event evenings. We plan pick-up times so your group arrives in good time for the shows, and your driver confirms the drop-off point each day.

Getting home

Arena shows finish late in the evening. We agree a meeting point at the coach park and a departure time in advance, so your group can head straight back to the coach after the final act. For long days, we plan drivers’ hours in line with UK regulations, which can affect timings or mean a second driver is needed – we explain this clearly when we quote.

Organiser checklist

  • Confirm your group size and which days you are attending
  • Share hotel addresses, and train, flight or Eurostar times
  • Name one contact for each vehicle and share mobile numbers
  • Agree a meeting point at the coach park and a departure time for each night
  • Check The O2’s bag policy before you travel
  • Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book

Vehicles for every size of group

From 9-seat minibuses for a small group of friends to midi coaches and full-size coaches for large fan clubs and tour groups, we match the vehicle to your numbers and luggage. Browse our full fleet and see our pricing for more detail.
