Why a coach beats the train to Twickenham
Twickenham station is under huge pressure on international match days, and after the final whistle the queues to get on a train can stretch for a long time. Local roads around the stadium are closed on match days and nearby streets are covered by resident parking schemes, so driving yourselves is not much easier.
A private coach solves both problems. Your group leaves together from one place, travels straight to the stadium area and gets home together, with no changes, no platform queues and no one left behind.

Coach parking at Allianz Stadium
Coach and minibus parking at the stadium is limited and must be booked in advance – it cannot be booked on the day. Match-day road closures also affect roads close to the stadium, including Rugby Road, Whitton Road and parts of London Road.
We arrange parking for your vehicle, either at the stadium or at a nearby car park that takes coaches and minibuses, and plan your arrival around the road closures. Any parking charge is always included in your quote.
Twickenham is inside London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone, and every vehicle in our fleet is LEZ and ULEZ compliant. If we collect you from a central London hotel inside the Congestion Charge zone, vehicles with 9 or more seats receive a 100% Congestion Charge discount.

On board
Rugby union isn’t covered by the alcohol ban that applies to football coaches, so groups may bring drinks on board in moderation. We ask that everyone respects the driver and the vehicle, and our drivers may refuse travel to anyone who is drunk.
Planning your match day
Getting there
Many fans like to arrive early to enjoy the build-up around the stadium. We plan pick-up times around road closures and match-day traffic on the A316 and surrounding roads, and your driver confirms the drop-off point on the day.
Getting home
We agree a return meeting point and departure time in advance. Car parks and roads around the stadium can take time to clear after the match, so we build that into the plan. For long days, we plan drivers’ hours in line with UK regulations, which can affect timings or mean a second driver is needed – we explain this clearly when we quote.
Organiser checklist
- Confirm your group size once tickets are allocated
- Share every pick-up point and a named contact for each vehicle
- Agree a meeting point and latest departure time after the match
- Check the stadium’s bag policy before you travel
- Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book
Vehicles for every size of group
From 9-seat minibuses for a small group of friends to midi coaches and full-size coaches for large rugby clubs, we match the vehicle to your numbers. For bigger groups we can run several vehicles from the same pick-up. Browse our full fleet and see our pricing for more detail.
