Bonds are payable where passengers will be consuming alcohol. They are due 14 days prior to travel and are refunded 3 days after travel, provided there is no damage to the vehicle.

If the balance is not paid by the due date (normally 14 days before travel), a Late Payment Charge will be applied, which will be 6% of the total price or £28.00, whichever is higher. THECOACHCOMPANY.CO.UK LTD also reserves the right to cancel the booking, and any money paid will be forfeited.

You must not request the driver to change or amend any part of the booking. All changes must be made in writing to THECOACHCOMPANY.CO.UK LTD.

The travel durations are advisory only and may be subject to unforeseen delays from things like traffic, roadworks, or accidents. THECOACHCOMPANY.CO.UK LTD recommends you allow enough time for contingencies.

No, The Coach Company does not provide baby seats and cannot guarantee vehicles will have car seat anchor points. The absence of anchor points is not a valid reason for cancellation. You are required to disclose the number and ages of children that require a car seat, and this information must be reflected in your booking confirmation.

Your booking reference number is on the top right of all quotes and booking confirmations we send you and is usually in the subject of our emails.

Questions about the Driver and Onboard Rules

Yes, you can consume food and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. However, please bring a container to store the packaging and remove it from the coach when you leave.

Please make all such requests by calling our Operations Team. The driver is not authorized to accept change requests on the day.
